Senior Pastor Wanted

Hope Evangelical Free Church is located in the Sunset district of San Francisco, CA. We are seeking a senior pastor to provide spiritual and moral leadership within our church congregation of about 80 English-speaking adults and youth.

He will provide overall vision for Hope EFC and be responsible for preaching at our worship service, training and discipling pastoral staff and church leaders, participating in ministry activities, and providing counseling and caring needs.

The ideal candidate must be an ordained minister with 5+ years of pastoral experience, a strong evangelical faith, effective preaching, a heart for the lost soul, and a good understanding of both Chinese and American cultures. He must also be able to encourage and motivate the congregation with vision and mission, train leaders, and be evangelistic and community minded. Master of Divinity degree or equivalent preferred.
